“You Have 4 Months To Learn”: Bad Bunny Claps Back To Fan Outrage Over 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Performance

Bad Bunny is getting the crowd revved up long before his upcoming performance at the Super Bowl 2026 halftime show next year. The Puerto Rican rapper, who lately appeared on ‘Saturday Night Live’ and delivered part of his monologue in Spanish, delighted many spectators, while angering many others.

Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Ocasio, essentially went on to commend the Latino population in the United States for all their hard work. The rapper ended his monologue, encouraging the audience to learn Spanish in four months before his Super Bowl show, which will actually be in this language.

“Especially all of the Latinos and Latinas in the world here in the United States who have worked to open doors. It’s more than a win for myself, it’s a win for all of us. Our footprints and our contribution in this country, no one will ever be able to take that away or erase it. And, if you didn’t understand what I just said, you have four months to learn!” Rapper Bad Bunny said in his monologue as he hosted ‘Saturday Night Live’.

Ever since the National Football League announced last week that Bad Bunny will headline their halftime show next year, social media has been going wild with various reactions. While the liberal crowd is happy with the choice, the league’s decision has clearly rubbed MAGA supporters the wrong way.

Bad Bunny has been pretty open about his criticism of the Trump administration, especially with atrocities against Latino people by ICE. The rapper also announced that he will not perform any shows in the US until the Super Bowl for fear that ICE will be swarming the venue searching for people to arrest.

Bad Bunny’s Half-Time Show May Have Competitor Show With ‘Creed’

On another note, Bad Bunny’s half-time show may soon see some competition as MAGA supporters are calling for a competing show to be held by Turning Point USA at the same time elsewhere. Trump supporters want Florida-based band, Creed, to perform at this show and since the mention, polls have been going across social media to see which of the shows would be more popular.

It definitely looks like Bad Bunny’s headlining the Super Bowl has divided the internet. While many are excited to see a fresh face on stage and enjoy music by the Puerto Rican talent, a sizable percentage of fans feel that this a political move orchestrated by the left.
