Detroit Lions defensive end Michael Brockers woke up with Good Morning Football on Wednesday, July 20th. With only five pressures and one sack in 2021, Brockers didn’t make the largest impact in his tenth NFL season. He has a young team around him, and knows his experience is key for the future success of this team and building the proper Lions culture. The struggle has been intense for the Lions for a long time, but 2022 poses immense upside for the organization. The team sits at a projected 6.5 game win total, 3.5 games more than last season. With a ton of new faces and young players, the Lions have multiple players looking for a breakout year. Here are the Lions we see having the largest improvement. Jared Goff: Goff is no stranger to on-field production. The 27-year-old QB has had multiple seasons with over 4,000 yards passing and around 30 touchdowns. Of course, this was with the LA Rams, who surrounded him with talent such as Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp. Unfortunately, Goff fell off significantly in 2021. While in Detroit, he threw for 3,200 yards and 19 touchdowns, far from his full potential. In year two…

With the Jets failing to make the playoffs in the last 10 seasons and finishing in the bottom of the AFC East in 6 of the last 8 seasons, making the playoffs seems like wishful thinking. With the new wave of talent being brought in, the Jets chances seem to be steadily increasing. “I’m really expecting playoffs or bust,” says Mosley to Mark Inabinnett of Al.com. “Obviously that’s my goal every year, but I think it’s something that’s a realistic goal for our entire team and our coaches.” Last season, under new coach Robert Salah, the Jets went 4-13.…
