Born and raised in the north country in upstate New York. Played baseball from tee ball until I graduated in 2015. Received my bachelors in sports management in December of 2021 from SUNY Canton. Avid sports fan. Life long Rams Fans. Horns Up!

The hardest thing to do in sports is to repeat as champions. MJ and the Bulls repeated twice in the 90s as part of three-peats. Kobe and Shaq repeated in the 2000s with the Lakers. Kobe repeated once again to close out the decade with the Lakers. The Miami Heat, Golden State Warriors, Pittsburgh Penguins, Detroit Red Wings, and New York Yankees all completed a repeat in the last 30 years. So why do NFL teams find repeating as champions so hard? Lack Of A Repeat: The last team to repeat as Super Bowl champions were the 03-04 New England…

Over the last couple of years, the NFC West has been the best division in football. The outlook may have changed this season, though. The rundown of the division consists of the LA Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks. Since 2012 the West has represented the NFC in the Super Bowl six times. The 49ers, Seahawks, and Rams have gone two times each. The Seahawks and Rams are the only teams to win the Lombardi during that period. Through three weeks, we’re looking at another tight race, much like the last five seasons. The Rams are atop…

There is a question to be asked right now in LA. Is Matthew Stafford the greatest Rams quarterback? The even bigger question is, where will Stafford rank in Rams history? The Los Angeles Rams have a history of lackluster Quarterback play. LA also has a history of Hall of Fame Quarterbacks. Those few men are Kurt Warner, Norman Van Brocklin, and Bob Waterfield. All three took their place in the Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. The question now becomes, is Stafford next? Where Will Stafford Rank?  The Detroit Lions traded Stafford to the Los Angeles Rams in February 2021.…

Cooper Kupp has been considered a Safety Blanket for the LA Rams over the last number of years. Matthew Stafford developed chemistry immediately with Kupp. The two challenged the label of “best duo in the league” in their first season together. Kupp’s dominance over the league last year led to the nickname “Super Cooper”. To Rams fans, Kupp is a superhero with powers like we’ve never seen before. Only dropping 19 passes in his career, Cooper exceeds expectations when targeted. SUPER SAFETY BLANKET: Since his rookie season, Kupp has been an easy target for his quarterbacks. With hands like velvet…

Matthew Stafford came away with the highest offensive player grade for PFF in week three. In a win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday afternoon, Stafford looked better than in recent weeks. Even without finding the endzone he looked much better than weeks prior. The most important stat was throwing no interceptions. The assessment comes after a performance where he targeted eight different receivers, and completed a pass to six of them. Five receivers saw three or more targets and four of the five caught at least three passes. Stafford’s Week Three Grade: With a grade of 82.7, Stafford was…

Why the Rams offense isn’t as explosive. The most puzzling question of any team in the NFC West. As many can tell, the LA Rams offense isn’t as explosive this season. Some people might be asking themselves “how can a team look so different compared to a year ago?”.  The answer might not be just one thing but could be a variety of reasons. Through three games last season the Rams offense averaged an explosive 31.6 points per game with 388 total yards. This season however, the Rams offense has averaged 20.3 points per game with 306 total yards. Let’s…

Aaron Donald loves making history throughout his career. History came this week when he became the fastest Defensive Tackle to record 100 career sacks. In a game the Rams won, Donald wrecked the afternoon for Kyler Murray and the Cardinals. As Rams fans looked on just as we did in February, we were in awe of this monster. Donald finished the day with a sack, six tackles, and two tackles for loss. We always have to think to ourselves “there’s no way a man his size can be that quick”. History is in the making every time Donald’s cleats touch…

The Los Angeles Rams placed Wide Receiver Van Jefferson on the injured reserve last week. This means he will be out of action through week seven.  This leaves the Rams with a tough decision for his replacement.  Why did the Rams wait so long to move Jefferson to Injured Reserve? Jefferson hasn’t played in 2022 due to offseason knee surgery. The operation was looked at as minor and he’s suffered no setbacks. Which might be the reason for the Rams waiting as long as they have. With the injuries mounting on offense and defense paired with Jefferson’s slow progression; LA…

The Los Angeles Rams entered the 2022 season as the defending Super Bowl Champions. After three weeks the Rams offense and defense still have some question marks. But there is something certain in LA. The Rams have one player who is ready for a breakout season. Here is my breakout player prediction. Breakout Player Prediction: Running back Darrell Henderson Darrell Henderson needs to be on everyone’s radar in the 2022 season. The Rams drafted him in the 2019 NFL draft to pair with Malcom Brown as the backup to reigning Offensive player of the year Todd Gurley. After Gurley’s…
