After making the NFL playoffs in each of Mike McDaniel’s first two seasons at the helm of the team, the Miami Dolphins took a step back in 2024, as they went 8-9, finished second in the AFC East division and missed the postseason. Los Angeles Chargers running back Najee Harris reportedly suffered an upper-body injury at a July Fourth event. According to Harris’ agent, Doug Hendrickson, the former Alabama Crimson Tide star tailback sustained an eye injury because of a fireworks explosion.
