The entire sports world was shocked when Safety Damar Hamlin collapsed on the field, experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. Hamlin’s condition has and will remain the most important thing since that fateful play on MNF. Slow, and positive updates are encouraging. Damar remains in critical condition though, and positive energy needs to continue to be extended to Damar, the Hamlin family, Tee Higgins, and the Bills and Bengals teams. With a 7% chance of making the Playoffs, the Washington Commanders nearly sealed their fate with their loss to the Cleveland Browns today. This dropped from a 33% chance prior to their New Year’s Day game. If the Green Bay Packers win, that will move to 0%. What went wrong today A better question would be if anything went right. It didn’t. There were some disappointments on the defensive side of the ball. Chase Young underwhelmed. DE Jonathan Allen left the game with a knee injury and was sorely missed. Many things could be listed… Russell Wilson’s self respect, Brady’s love life, Tua Tagovailoa’s brain health, Washington Commanders work culture, or the Rams record after winning the Super bowl last year. And while they are, there’s more. Microsoft Tablets Ken Dorsey of the Buffalo Bills broke a Microsoft surface in his frustration this year – the tablet is partially seen in the photo of Dorsey throwing an epic tantrum, and most of his desk’s content. The snowplow game aptly was named after one of the most infamous stunts in NFL history. This game was recently brought up when it was compared with the Bear’s attempt to use a towel to wipe up the swimming pool that the kicker was punting out of. At least the plow worked.
