Sixth-year running back, Aaron Jones, will enter his second game of the 2022 NFL season alongside a very questionable Packers offense.  Here’s why Green Bay’s week one failure actually makes Jones a great RB1 option for your fantasy football lineup. Aaron Jones Week Two Expectations In the offseason, the Packer’s traded away their long-time WR1, Devante Adams.  They were also unable to retain their fourth-year wideout, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, as his price moved outside of the team’s budget. These two developments in particular proved detrimental in their week one matchup against the Vikings.  Last Sunday, Green Bay’s receiving corps combined for…

The Bills selected Knox in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft.  In years one and two, Knox recorded almost 700 receiving yards and five touchdowns.  Last season, however, the tight end took a giant leap, setting a career-best in every receiving statistic.  In 2021, the big man hauled in 49 receptions, 587 receiving yards, and found the end-zone nine times.  Despite missing two games due to a calf injury, Knox’s breakout season…

The Denver Broncos and quarterback, Russell Wilson have agreed to a five-year $245 Million contract extension.  The deal will include a $50 Million signing bonus, $165 million guaranteed, and an annual salary north of $19 Million.  Wilson, a former Pro Bowl selection and Super Bowl champion, will now be one of the highest-paid QBs in the NFL. In 2021, the QB missed three games due to a tendon rupture in his throwing hand.  As a result, he recorded only 3,113 passing yards and 25 touchdowns, which was a big step backward from his 4,000-yard, 40 TD season in 2020.  However,…

After failing to find a suitable trade option earlier this week, the Las Vegas Raiders decided to waive their former first-round draft pick, Alex Leatherwood.  The second-year player reportedly struggled in his transition from tackle to guard during his rookie season. Due to recent injuries in Las Vegas’ offensive line, Leatherwood had a chance to prove himself during the Raider’s preseason.  However, in a match-up against the Miami Dolphins, Leatherwood did not live up to his expectations.  After giving up a sack, he was benched and later played behind Jermaine Eluemunor during the team’s off-season practices. Former Pro Bowl selection,…
