Spread: Raiders -2.5 (-115) Over/Under: 30.5 (-110) Time: 7pm Central Channel: NBC “Football…FOOTBALL!” -Scott Hanson  Yes, NFL football is back tonight as the Las Vegas Raiders take on the Jacksonville Jaguars tonight in the pro football Hall of Fame Game. If you are reading this, you are most likely just happy that there’s finally football to bet on. Even if it is preseason. It’s been a dark month for us gamblers and we are almost nearing some of the best times of the year. But how do we analyze this game? Few to no Starters will be playing and both…

Marquise Brown Average ADP 7.01 Marquise “Hollywood” Brown finds himself on the Arizona Cardinals to start 2022. This may have been one of the best landing sports for Brown as he is a prominent deep threat. Lamar Jackson is a good QB but his skillset doesn’t work as well with a WR like Marquise. Now Brown is going to reunite with his former College QB, Kyler Murray. Kyler provides much better arm talent than Lamar Jackson but he also has a much better deep ball specifically where Brown makes his money. Kyler ranked 3rd overall in deep ball statistics…

Melvin Gordon Average ADP: 7.01 I know I know. Melvin Gordon is not someone that excites us at this point in his career. He’s 29 years old and the Broncos just drafted Javonte Williams in the 2nd round last year. Why is Gordon a sleeper? Well, Gordon is still a very solid running back. Gordon Re-upped with the Broncos on an incentive-laden deal which show’s he believes in his talent still and is going to want to prove it. Javonte Williams is great and I believe he is the better RB at this point in Gordon’s career. But, it…

They ended up finishing 12-5 which was among one of the best records in the league but they did not start hot whatsoever. The Chiefs started the season 3-4 and while there wasn’t a ton of worry internally there was a lot of talk about the their performance throughout the media. Mahomes wasn’t playing like Mahomes and their defense…

Tom Brady QB12 Average ADP: 8.05 I feel wrong to put Tom Brady in this category. At this point, no one can doubt Tom Brady. He arguably should have been the league MVP last year at age 44! That is just insanity. He had one of his best seasons of his career statistically last year. He threw for 5,316 yards which were the most of his career in a single season. Brady also threw for 43 touchdowns which was the second highest of his career in season. The Buccaneers offense runs through Brady and they allow him to cook. In…

All Fantasy Football analysis and statistics are from a 12 Team PPR Format. Rounds 1-5.  Round 1: Christian McCaffrey RB Panthers Average ADP: 1.03 Listen, I understand I may get burnt on this one. I also have a personal vendetta against CMC since I have drafted him the last two years and the guy has essentially missed two seasons. There is no problem with talent, scheme, situation or anything with CMC. He’s clearly one of the best running backs in the NFL and fantasy football when (Key Word: when) healthy. If he goes on to play all 17 games this…

Win Total: O/U 5.5 Make Playoffs: Yes +500/No -650 Win NFC West: +1800 Super Bowl: +15000 All odds and lines are from Draftkings 2021 Recap The Seattle Seahawks finish 7-10 in what was a very just meh year overall. Russell Wilson (traded this offseason to the Denver Broncos) missed three games which were the first of his career. The team overall just didn’t have the same firepower it had in years past. Just from the eye test, Russ didn’t look fully healthy all season. Even if he was, his offensive line didn’t give him much help which has been a…

All Analysis and Statistics are based off a PPR scoring format. The Average ADP is based of a 12 team league too. Rounds 1-5. Round 1: Justin Jefferson WR Minnesota Average ADP: 1.06 Justin Jefferson has been outstanding ever since he came into the NFL. The dude has the most yards by any WR in NFL history in his first two seasons. Combine that with 17 touchdowns and 196 Receptions and he’s one of the best WR’s in the NFL already. There’s a new coaching regime in Minnesota as Kevin O’Connell comes over from the Los Angeles Rams where he…

Win Total: O/U 9.5 Make Playoffs:  Yes -225/No +175 Win NFC West: +160 Super Bowl: +1600 All odds and lines are from Draftkings 2021 Recap The San Francisco 49ers were an interesting team to say the least. Starting off the 1st half of the season 3-5 the 49ers didn’t look poised to make a deep playoff run. Boy would I have been wrong. After week nine they finished the season on a 7-2 run to finish 10-7 securing a wildcard spot. Deebo Samuel led the charge having a breakout year on the offensive side. The QB situation was the big…
