The Arkansas Razorbacks needed to address their wide receiver position after losing their top four players either to the 2025 NFL Draft or the transfer portal. The Detroit Lions selected Isaac TeSlaa in the third round, while Andrew Armstrong signed with the Miami Dolphins, and Tyrone Broden signed with the Seattle Seahawks as undrafted free agents. Finally, Isaiah Sategna transferred to the Oklahoma Sooners.
Because of this, the Razorbacks could add talent in the spring portal.
Arkansas Razorbacks land former highly rated receiver for 2025

According to Pete Nakos, Arkansas is expected to land former LSU Tigers and Florida State Seminoles receiver Jalen Brown for the 2025 season. Brown, a four-star recruit and No. 14 overall wide receiver in the 2023 recruiting class, has three years of college eligibility remaining.

He spent 2024 at Florida State

After spending the first year of his college career with the LSU Tigers, Jalen Brown transferred to the Florida State Seminoles for the 2024 season. Brown had a rough redshirt freshman year, being limited to nine games and 161 snaps, and inferior quarterback play held him back. He hauled in eight receptions for 75 yards.
He was dismissed from FSU in mid-April and entered the transfer portal shortly after.
