BREAKING: Arch Manning Makes Huge Reversal On EA Sports College Football 25

The biggest name in football – Manning – has had its next budding superstar on the cusp of commencing his college football career for the past year.

Arch Manning Focused On Texas Football

Texas Longhorns quarterback Quinn Ewers (3) looks for too to run as he avoids contact with Oklahoma Sooners defensive lineman Jacob Lacey (54) in the fourth quarter during an NCAA college football game at the Cotton Bowl on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. This game makes up the119th rivalry match up.

Now, with Arch Manning set to remain behind former #1 recruit, Quinn Ewers, who took the University of Texas to the College Football Playoffs this past season – their first appearance since the 4-team format started in 2015.

Arch Manning and his family have continuously been conservative about taking advantage of up and coming financial opportunities, such as Name Image and Likeness (NIL) and declining scholarship offers in order to find the best fit for Manning to develop as best he can – with the fewest distractions possible.

Included in this meant no appearance, for the son of the eldest Archie Manning child, Cooper, in EA Sports College Football 25; the revival of the wildly popular “NCAA Football” that last came out in 2013, over a decade ago.

At the time, Manning gave a slightly bizarre reason, stating he wanted to ‘focus on football’. Yet, for unclear reasons at this time, Arch has done a 180 and will now appear in the game, per Ari Meirov.

This game has had hype like very few over the past few months, as football has lulled to an almost-stop during the summer break.

One of the main detractions for the ubiquitous game was the lack of college football’s biggest star who has yet to see the field: Arch Manning.

Many Texas and non-Texas fans alike were looking forward immensely to playing with the UT QB in Franchise Mode and just simple 1:1 games before the news of his removal was broken.

However, with this reversal, college football fans will be thrilled at the prospect of having one of the biggest names in the sport back in play with the video game.
