Antonio Brown has seen his life flip upside down over the last few weeks. Not only was he involved in an incident that led to gun shots going off, but now he is wanted for attempted murder because of that altercation. However, the former NFL wide receiver has been vocal about his location in the Middle East.
The authorities had something to say about that.
Antonio Brown Sees Authorities Release Massive Statement While He’s “On The Run”

Although three days have passed since felony arrest warrants were issued for former Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown, Miami authorities don’t consider him a fugitive:
Brown appears to be in the Middle East on a trip that began before the arrest warrant was issued.
From The Miami Herald on June 16: “Days after authorities in Miami issued an arrest warrant for Antonio Brown, the former NFL star has been traveling in the Middle East — but police don’t consider him on the run. Brown, 36, is wanted on an attempted murder charge stemming from a May 16 dispute at a boxing event hosted by influencer Adin Ross. The seven-page warrant seeks to apprehend him, as signed by Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Ariel Rodriguez on June 11, and lists Brown’s bond as $10,000 plus house arrest.”
Brown has been actively posting on social media since the warrant was issued.
Brown’s posts on his official X account, which has 2.5 million followers, include several homophobic posts attacking Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, a Malcolm X quote on not trusting the media and a post with a screenshot where Brown appears to have asked ChatGPT if he was racially profiled.

“How TF You go from being victimized unto a attempt to murder you see they control the media Took a month to change the narrative A year or 2 them dragging the narrative Attempt to murder you see They only want 3 types of (racial slur) In America in jail dead or dead broke,” Brown wrote on his official X account on June 15.
Brown’s NFL career came to a bizarre end when he removed his helmet and shoulder pads during the third quarter of a Buccaneers road game against the New York Jets and walked off the field at MetLife Stadium, shirtless, waving to the crowd.
Brown was released by the Buccaneers a few days later and never played football again.
On an episode of The Pivot podcast in June 2024, Brown tried to explain what happened that day.
“I did what was best for me,” Brown said. “That’s what my therapist tells me — if I have a trauma or trigger, I’m going to walk away. I didn’t do nothing wrong, I took off my equipment, and took off my shirt, and waved to the people that love me, and walked away.”
Brown, who had an estimated $80.7 million in career earnings, filed for bankruptcy in May 2024, listing $3 million in debts and just $50,000 in assets.
