Andy Reid was somewhat dumbfounded this week when asked about a viral conspiracy regarding Taylor Swift, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, and President Joe Biden. The head coach is preparing the Chiefs to play in the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
The Kansas City Chiefs were named in a viral conspiracy

Following the outcome of the AFC Championship Game, numerous voices and politicians on the right questioned if the government and NFL were colluding for the Chiefs to make the Super Bowl so Swift, who is in a Report with Kelce, could endorse Biden for president during the big game.
Trump’s campaign issued a statement claiming Swift’s potential endorsement of Biden wouldn’t amount to much at the polls in November. The Department of Defensive put out a statement Friday to confirm Swift is not a government asset.
Andy Reid was asked about the conspiracy

A reporter from Germany was able to get Reid on the record about the conspiracy. Per Albert Breer with Sports Illustrated, Reid said any conspiracy with the government and the NFL was out of his “league.” Reid referenced that he met with Biden when the Chiefs visited the White House in June.
“That’s way out of my league. It’s very similar to me speaking German,” Reid said. “But listen, I appreciate the question. [Swift has] been great, and we had a nice visit with President Biden, that’s about as far as I can go, last year.”
The Chiefs or 49ers could be visiting the White House this summer

It’s customary for the White House to invite the Super Bowl-winning team to meet with the president. The winner of Sunday’s game will likely meet with Biden this summer.
Or maybe not.
Biden is breaking with precedent when it comes to the Super Bowl. Biden will not participate in a sit-down interview for the pregame show for a second consecutive year.
