Alabama has had a season that is hard to explain. Over a month ago, they hosted Georgia and ran them out of the building in the first half. Still, the Bulldogs came back and even took the lead late in the game until Alabama’s quarterback Jalen Milroe threw a Touchdown pass to Ryan Williams.
A week later, the Crimson Tide went to Vanderbilt and lost 40-35, and then, a few weeks later, they went to Knoxville and lost to the Volunteers.
Alabama’s Jalen Milroe Gets Great Praise

This past weekend, Alabama was facing its third loss of the season when it went to LSU. But instead of falling victim on the road again this year, Alabama went nuts, beating the Tigers 42-13, and much of that had to do with Milroe.
The 21-year-old quarterback had 12 rushing attempts for 185 yards and four scores, averaging 15.4 yards a carry, and the LSU defense had no answers for him all night long.
Milroe was so good that the SEC named him Conference Player of the Week on Monday.

Alabama is now in a great position to make the college football playoffs with their win against LSU, and if they don’t screw up against Mercer, Oklahoma, or Auburn, they are getting into the playoffs.
The Crimson Tide will take on Mercer this weekend, their last regular season non-conference game.
