Alabama opened up their new era under head coach Kalen DeBoer and they had a great 63-0 win against Western Kentucky on Saturday.
The Crimson Tide’s defense looked incredible, and quarterback Jalen Milroe picked up where he left off last season, throwing for 200 yards and three scores while rushing for 79 yards and two touchdowns.
Even without Nick Saban, Alabama could compete for a national championship, but they do have some challenging games coming up with Georgia, Tennessee, Missouri, LSU, Oklahoma, and Auburn.
The Crimson Tide will have to put up epic performances to come away with wins in those games, and there is a chance they win all of them according to a new rating system that came out earlier this week.
Alabama Is Favored To Go 12-0
According to On3.com’s Massey ratings, Alabama is predicted to finish the regular season 12-0 and play in the SEC title game.

There is no reason why the Crimson Tide can’t win every game on their schedule, and they do get to host Georgia, so their home-field advantage could be a factor in the reason why they win the game.
The Massey rating has the Crimson Tide beating the Bulldogs 28-27. If that happens, it will be one of the best games of the season, coming down to one point.
Alabama has to go to Tennessee, and the Volunteers have star quarterback Nico Iamaleava, so going into Neyland Stadium won’t be an easy test.
The Massey Rating has Alabama beating Tennesse by a touchdown, Missouri by 18, LSU by 8, Oklahoma by six, and Auburn by 17.
It seems like it’s going to be another great season in Tuscaloosa, and if Alabama gets great quarterback play by Milroe this season, there is no reason why they can’t win every game and put themselves into a position to win the SEC and the national championship.
