Aaron Rodgers, starting quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, participated in the American Century Championship golf tournament over the weekend in Nevada, showing off his putting skills and also a hilarious side to himself. In a video that has gone viral, a kid can be heard yelling at the veteran quarterback that he almost hit him with his golf club. Rodgers simply responds that it does not matter since his club never hit the boy.

The blunt response given by Rodgers has been watched over and over again and brought out interesting responses from social media users. Former NFL wide receiver, Antonio Brown, who is on the run for attempted murder, was one of the many who commented on Rodgers’ response to the kid.
“You almost hit me, Aaron Rodgers” the kid can be heard yelling at Aaron Rodgers at the American Century Championship.
“Almost doesn’t count” Rodgers coolly replies to the kid.

Aaron Rodgers not only played golf but also melted hearts with his display of affection for longtime friend, Carol Sargent. Rodgers fondly called Sargent his ‘Tahoe grandma’ and their friendship goes back a long way, ever since the quarterback started participating in this celebrity golf tournament.
Aaron Rodgers Refuses To Sign Autograph For Fan For Failing Memory Test
In the same celebrity golf tournament at Lake Tahoe, Aaron Rodgers signed many autographs for eager fans, except one. One unfortunate fan wanted Rodgers to sign his ticket from a 2005 game when Rodgers played for the Green Bay Packers against the New Orleans Saints. Rodgers, back then a backup quarterback, only managed one pass in the game, and the QB was curious to know if the fan knew who the recipient was.

When the fan said he could not remember, Aaron Rodgers announced that he would not sign the ticket unless the person looked it up and gave him his answer. Rodgers has been known to be pretty brutally honest in public, for which he is both loved and hated.
While many fans love exactly this about him, there are also many NFL analysts who repeatedly call the veteran QB out for this, even branding him as an attention-seeker and a little bit of a drama queen. Rodgers’ secret wedding to Brittani has also sparked such reports from both analysts and fans.
