Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers starting quarterback, recently spilled plenty of tea in his latest interview with NFL Network over the weekend. Of course, the main topic that was discussed was Rodgers’ signing with the Steelers for what seems to be his final season in the National Football League.

The veteran quarterback signing with the Steelers was indeed pretty surprising. But, the Steelers themselves seemed quite confident that Rodgers would be in their roster for the 2025 NFL season, even going on to restructure their locker room based on the quarterback’s pattern of play. In the interview, Rodgers admitted as to what made him sign a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and the answer was definitely sentimental to any hardcore NFL fan’s ears.

“I fell in love with this game when I was six years old,” Rodgers said. “And I wanted to have that closure and give back to the game one more time the way it’s given to me. As I thought about my life, really everything special in my life is because of this game. And that’s not hyperbole. The relationships that I have, the friendships that I have, the people that are really important in my life, the money and the fame and the good part of those and the good feeling is because of this game. I love this game, and I want to give back to it one more time and have fun with it. And I just feel like this is what I was supposed to do.” Aaron Rodgers explained to NFL Network about the reason why he joined the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Aaron Rodgers and his fans will definitely hope that his stint with the Steelers goes better than that with the New York Jets. After a poor performing couple of seasons, the Jets released him back in March, much to the profit of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In the same interview, Aaron Rodgers also spoke much about his wife, Brittani. While Rodgers did not give out many details about his new wife, he professed his deep love for her and remarked that it has changed his whole world.

“I have the most incredible wife.” Aaron Rodgers said in his interview.

Social media detectives and paparazzi are still hard at work trying to find out who Brittani actually is. Unfortunately for them, Brittani seems to be pretty reserved and does not have a social media account. It definitely looks like Aaron Rodgers and Brittani want to stay in their little cocoon of happiness, at least for a little while more.
