Los Angeles Rams defensive lineman Arron Donald has parted ways with Donda Sports after recent anti Semitic comments from Donda Sports owner Kanye West. Donald, who is arguably the greatest defensive lineman to play the game of football stated that the decision was a family decision.

“Our family has made the decision to part ways with Donda Sports. The recent comments and displays of hate and antisemitism are the exact opposite of how we choose to live our lives and raise our children. We find them to be irresponsible and go against everything we believe in as a family.

“As parents and members of society, we felt a responsibility to send a clear message that hateful words and actions have consequences and that we must do better as human beings. We do not feel our beliefs, voices and actions belong anywhere near a space that misrepresents and oppresses people of any background, ethnicity or race.

“We’ve had the pleasure of working with many incredible people along the way and hope to continue to use our platform to uplift and support other families, children and communities through positive outreach.”

Donald and his wife Erica, who’s former employer was Donda Sports, made the joint statement after the horrific comments made by West. Erica is also a former employee of the St. Louis/ Los Angeles Rams.

Kanye West has been promoting these anti Semitic comments for the past few weeks as well as his “White Lives Matter” movement that is disgraceful in nature.

Former NFL wide receiver and current President of Donda Sports Antonio Brown was vocal about his support of the artist formerly known as Kanye West.

Brown, who has been on a clear downward spiral himself, has been in the news for his incessant trolling of Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady.

When Brown signed with Donda in February 2022, the company claimed to be centered around both Brown’s “professional and wellness support.”

Donald is not the only high profile athlete to cut ties with Donda. Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown ended his partnership with the company. Just one minute after Aaron Donald posted his statement on Twitter, Brown followed with his own statement.

Donald and Brown signed with Donda Sports earlier this year as representation for all affairs outside of their contracts with their respective teams. Donald and Brown were also the only two active athletes who officially signed with Donda.
