The College Football Season is getting closer. With 44 days left until BYU kickoffs against South Florida let’s get to know some players on the roster for this upcoming season. This will give fans an idea of where these players have come from and what they could do for the cougars this season. I will do one every day there is a player with that number.
Michael Daley
Today is Michael Daley freshman linebacker 6-3 225 lbs from Lone Peak High School. In 2018 his senior year of high school he helped Lone Peak to take State Champs. As a Senior he had 76 tackles, 40.5 tackles for loss, 24.5 sacks, and four blocked punts. Had 8 other options of where to play after high school. He signed with the Cougars in 2019. Daley was on the scout team last for the Cougars. Before coming to BYU he went on a two-year LDS mission to Argentina and Uruguay. Daley is ready to learn, play and help the defense any way he can even if it is cheering them on from the sideline. He has already been learning from one of the top defenses in the country.

Samisoni Peaua
Today is Samisoni Peaua freshman defensive lineman 6-3 225 lbs from Alta High School. Played quarterback, wide receiver, and center in high school. It will be a change for Peaua as he switches to the defensive side of the ball. His father played ball for the Cougars in the 90s and he wanted to play ball where his father played. Ready to show what he can in practice he most likely won’t see the field this season. As he grows up to be one of the veterans on this defense he will have so much learned from this year’s defense.

I love the black & white Fotograf of Y Mountain with the Clouds racing across it’s Face. We both know, these partly clear scenes occur during all Seasons of the Year.
One of my favorite photos of the Y mountain
