NFL Made Huge International Games For 2024
While football is by far the most popular sport in the U.S. with College Football and the NFL dominating viewership, it is not gaining mass appeal around the globe. Recently, there was a map created by google searches that shows who the most popular team is for each country around the world.
Not only does it reveal that the Australian’s love the Denver Broncos, but it highlights how far the league has come in terms of international fans and engagement. The league’s influence is only getting stronger, and with world wide stars like Taylor Swift involved in last year’s season, the league has never been more popular.
What most American fans did not want to see is that the most popular team in the U.S. and the world is clearly the Dallas Cowboys. You can say you want, but based on popularity, the Cowboys are still America’s Team.
While Dallas still rules America, the Kansas City Chiefs are South America’s team, and the Buffalo Bills are the rulers in Canada and some areas of Europe as well.

We would all like to know why the Arizona Cardinals are the team for Vietnam or how the Browns made their way into Mongolia, but it is incredible to see the wide spread reach that the league has now.
This is set to be one of the biggest seasons ever in terms of viewership, and it will all start on Thursday, Sept. 5 when the Chiefs play the Baltimore Ravens. However the following day, there will be an amazing opening game in Brazil featuring the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers facing off in Rio de Janeiro.
It seems the NFL will not rest until the entire world is watching!
